INGREDIENTS
- 4 avocados, ripe
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional: deseed to be milder, or substitute for a finely chopped poblano)
- 5 tbsp red onion, diced
- 5 tbsp cilantro, minced
- 2 tbsp Memphis Marinades Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
- 1/2 tsp salt
