INGREDIENTS
  • 4 avocados, ripe
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional: deseed to be milder, or substitute for a finely chopped poblano)
  • 5 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 5 tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 2 tbsp Memphis Marinades Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
  • 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
