INGREDIENTS (MEAT)
- 1-2 pounds hanger steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp Memphis Marinades 901 Reserve or Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
- Slider buns
- Melted butter
INGREDIENTS (MEMPHIS HORSERADISH SAUCE)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp store-bought horseradish
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Memphis Marinades 901 Reserve or Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Lather the hanger steaks with olive oil and 1-2 tbsp of Memphis Rub & Shake.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Memphis Horseradish Sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready.
- Grill the hanger steak to medium-rare, about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your steak.
- Let the steak rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
- Optional – spread melted butter on your slider buns and place on the grill to toast.
- Build your slider and top with Memphis horseradish sauce.
