  1. Heat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a pot, add beer, onions, mustard, and 901 Reserve or Mild Memphis Rub & Shake heat to high heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add bratwursts to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes or until they are cooked through and then remove.
  4. Place bratwursts on grill until they are browned on all sides. 2-3 minutes as side.
  5. Heat the pot with beer and onions to medium-high and continue cooking until onions are very soft, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside onions.
  6. Grill the rolls cut-side down for 1 minute to toast.
  7. Serve brats on rolls topped with onions, additional mustard or garlic aioli.
  8. Enjoy.
