Dry Marinade Mixes
Mix one cup (8oz) of water, beer, cola—or anything that floats your boat—with ¼ cup (2oz) of Memphis Marinades Herb Dry Marinade Mix. (Be careful with overly acidic liquids like lemon or lime juice since the mix has a little lemon goes a long way.) Stir well and let it stand for five minutes before adding up to five (5) pounds of your favorite meat. Pop it in the fridge for at least an hour, keeping in mind that a delicate meat like fish needs less marinating time than denser proteins like chicken and beef. A good rule of thumb is a couple of hours. Grill, bake or broil while enjoying a cocktail. Because you rule.

Rubs & Shakes
Along with being a great all-purpose rub, 901 makes air frying your favorite protein easy. Just use four (4) tablespoons for every pound of meat. For most air fryers, a single layer cooks more evenly than meat that’s piled on top of one another. Ideal temp will be between 350° and 375° Cook times vary, based on the air fryer and you probably have a good idea how yours works. Nevertheless, it’s a good idea to check after ten (10) minutes-or after one beer. Let your masterpiece sit for about five (5) minutes before serving. How awesome are you? Quite.
INGREDIENTS: Paprika, Brown Sugar (sugar, molasses), Salt, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Celery Salt ( salt, celery, natural flavor, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking), Sugar, Mustard, Celery Seed.

Dry rub. Wet rub. Shake. This stuff is awesome any way you use it. If you want to keep your hands clean, go for the shake. If you’re okay with getting in there, keep in mind that a dry rub will impart a crust on your meat, while a wet rub will impart a deeper flavor with less of a crusty topping—especially if you’re going for a slower cooking method like smoking. For a wet rub, just use a dab of oil to make a paste. Don’t forget to wash your hands before high-five-ing your friends.
