INGREDIENTS (PEPPERS)
- 12 oz shishito peppers
- Olive Oil
- Memphis Marinades 901 Reserve or Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
INGREDIENTS (AIOLI)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Memphis Marinades 901 Reserve or Mild Memphis Rub & Shake
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the BBQ Lemon Garlic Aioli ingredients until thoroughly mixed, then place in the fridge.
- Wash and dry the shishito peppers. Place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add the dry rub, then mix.
- Place shishito peppers in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
