INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts and then trim off the bottoms and chop in half, length-wise. Remove any outer leaves.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt.
- Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 375°F for 5 minutes. Shake the Brussels sprouts around and then air fry again at 375°F for 5 minutes until crispy.
- Finish by sprinkling 901 Memphis Rub or Mild Memphis Rub and mix together.
