- Red Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Memphis Marinades 901 Reserve Rub or Mild Memphis Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the potatoes and dry them.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes into matchsticks and then place into a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil onto the potatoes and mix.
- Sprinkle your desired amount of 901 Reserve Rub or Mild Memphis Rub onto the potatoes and mix.
- Place the potatoes into the air fryer and air fry at 375˚F for 10 minutes.
- Flip and toss the potatoes using a spatula. Air fry at 375˚F for 8 minutes. Flip and toss again and air fry again at 375˚F for 3–5 minutes or until desired crispiness.
