When you need to make an easy meal with lots of leftovers, slow cooker pulled pork is your best friend. Once cooked, you can do almost anything with it: sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, salads, you name it. In this recipe, we’re making pulled pork super simple for you.
SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK TIPS
- The best cut for making pulled pork is pork shoulder, typically labeled either pork shoulder or Boston butt in your local grocery store. It can come either bone-in or boneless, but both work. And if you can’t find pork shoulder, another cut called a picnic roast can be easily subbed in.
