INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. If it hasn’t already been removed by the butcher, remove the silver skin membrane from the back side of the ribs.
  3. Coat both sides of the ribs in yellow mustard.
  4. Generously sprinkle 901 Reserve Rub or Mild Memphis Rub on both sides of the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs meat side up in the smoker for 3 hours.
  6. Remove the ribs from the smoker and lather with Mild Memphis BBQ Sauce or Spicy Memphis BBQ Sauce and then wrap in aluminum foil.
  7. Place the ribs meat side down in the smoker for 2 hours.
  8. Remove from the aluminum foil and smoke for one more hour.
  9. Remove ribs from the smoker and rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy with additional Mild Memphis BBQ Sauce, Spicy Memphis BBQ Sauce or Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce.
