INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl make the dressing by combining mayo, Carolina Mustard, salt, black pepper, sugar, and 901 Reserve Rub or Mild Memphis Rub.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, empty the coleslaw mix and then mix in the dressing. Combine until evenly coated.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Keep coleslaw for up to 24 hours.
